The Delta State House of Assembly has impeached its speaker, Monday Igbuya (PDP-Sapele). Mr. Igbuya was temporarily replaced with Sheriff Oborevwori (PDP-Okpe). Chief Monday Igbuya was on Thursday, May 11 impeached over allegations of financial misappropriation and highhandedness.
